Welcome to Le Faurieux a tranquil, well equipped Gite in the Dordogne. The accommodation is a stunningly converted 3 bedroom (all with en suite) typical self contained barn with private swimming pool and south facing terrace.
The barn is bright and sunny, with it’s own heated swimming pool. It comfortably accommodates 6 people and comprises:
- A well equipped kitchen
- A large sitting room
- Three double en-suite rooms (one double bed and two twin bedded rooms)
Outside
Steps lead directly up to the pool and large south facing terrace. The property is surrounded by open countryside and breathtaking views of fields and woods and has a super ambience typical of the area. There are fruit trees on the property, with bounty, just ripe for the taking and marked French randonee (walking) trails just outside the door. There is a private garden, perfect for lounging on hot summer afternoons. There are other shady areas for relaxing outside as well. Follow the sun or shade as is your whim. Enjoy complete privacy, yet with amenities nearby.
Additional Information
There is Wifi and a cot available if required. A welcome basket of tea, coffee, milk and fruit is here on arrival.
